Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

The apartment is located in a typical antique house of Providencia, restored and remodeled by us to transform it in three independent apartments, maintaining the original materials and spacial quality. It has 70m2 filled with artwork and handcraft in all areas, resulting in a very eclectic and special decor, and is very spacious and bright. It has a private entrance, terrace, high ceilings, original wood floor, two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. - Free Wifi - For a stay longer than one week, free cleaning service every 7 days. - Loan of a card for public transport use (BIP! Card) - Bicycle storage - Fully equipped kitchen where you can have basic supplies such as tea, coffee , sugar, oil and spices. - Bathroom with availability of towels, shampoo , conditioner and soap. - Shared laundry area (first floor) We will always be there to welcome you we will answer your messages immediately via airbnb message, whatssap or mobile. We are available to our guests for what they need and, if given the opportunity, we will be happy to chat with you and get to know you better! The home is in Barrio Italia in Providencia—one of the most interesting and trendy areas in Santiago City. With lovely cafes, old houses, unique restaurants, and designer shops and antiques, it is a quiet and safe area with lots of fun things to do. We have space for bicycles and free parking on the street. There is bicycle loan service in the neighborhood and we are steps from the cycle path. The metro station is 7 blocks away and the bus stop is 1 block away. The paintings and sculptures that you see in our home are from the local artist Oscar Capeche and the pieces of glazed ceramic are from the Chilean workshop Maiolika.
