The fully staffed estate boasts the amenities of a boutique hotel—think beachfront bar and private spa—all housed within gorgeously appointed rooms with details like parquet ceilings. Guests are welcome at 4 beach clubs, and it’s a 7-minute drive to the Litibú Golf Course. Host groups of friends, a family reunion or even a Mexico destination wedding in the villa’s outdoor living areas with the help of the lounging and dining areas, full-service bar, barbecue, and hot tub. There’s one infinity pool for swimming and a separate pool for volleyball, as well as a bocce court, surfboards and paddleboards, and bicycles to borrow. Inside, you’ll find a games room, bowling alley, and golf simulator for fun, plus a yoga area, spa, and home gym for wellness. This is a fabulous beachfront penthouse condo at Hacienda de Mita PH2-2 located inside the gates of Punta Mita. The condo has 3,600sf, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and was just recently remodeled. You can enjoy the pool and surf in front of the condo, use 6 beach clubs, play golf, walk the trails, or simply relax on the condo’s terrace. In addition, the restaurants and night life in the village are a short 2 minute walk away. The host also owns a 40’ Fjord Yacht that's available for charter.
